My motto for the students and faculty - is "Engage me or Enrage me." I am a strong advocate that students as well as faculty, learn by doing, participating, being a part of a team, and most of all contributing to a discussion, lecture, and solutions. If you keep people motivated and engaged they will be active. It is like brainstorming, with quantity comes quality. Everyone shares in the discusion and everyone shares in the answer or solution. A "big think tank" all engaged! What do you think?
